We are looking for someone to help us care for the heart of our patients’ information—the medical records archive. What will you do on a daily basis? **Document Management:** You will be responsible for retrieving, storing, and organizing patient files (medical records). **Delivery Tracking:** Record in the system where each document was sent and when it was returned, ensuring nothing is lost. **Customer Service:** Assist patients and their families requesting document copies, always with courtesy and care. **Audit Support:** Prepare documents required by auditors and clarify questions as needed. **General Organization:** Type simple documents and ensure computers and departmental supplies remain in good condition. **Requirements:** What do you need to have? **Education:** Completed high school. **Knowledge:** Basic file organization skills and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite). **Personal Attributes:** Proactive, able to work well in a team, and adaptable to various tasks. **Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):** Currently pursuing higher education or having several years of experience in this field. Prior experience working with hospital information systems.
