Effort and Timeline Management: Collaborate with the Tech Lead to estimate project effort, translating these estimates into backlog hours to communicate accurate timelines to stakeholders. Tracking and Transparency: Monitor team progress through sprint planning, review, and refinement meetings—tracking demand evolution and ensuring execution status remains clear across the organization (in partnership with the Tech Lead). Customer Success Immersion: Develop deep understanding of ALTAVE solution value through meetings with the Customer Success team and technical visits to vessels—ensuring the product solves real-world field problems. Preferred Qualifications * AI and Computer Vision: Conceptual knowledge of detection models, performance metrics (Precision/Recall), and digital video/CCTV workflows. * Solution Architecture: Experience designing technology solutions integrating software and hardware. * System Integration: Familiarity with integration among hardware, networks, and cloud computing (Azure/AWS). * Certifications: Product-focused certifications (e.g., CSPO) or management certifications (e.g., Scrum/PMP). * Compliance: Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001 or SOC 2).
