As **Requirements**, you must have: * Degree in Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in network monitoring (NOC) or infrastructure support; * Knowledge of computer networking, Layer 3 routing, IP telephony, optical networks, and monitoring software (Zabbix and Grafana); * Experience preparing technical documentation related to monitored assets.
