Implement procurement and contracting strategies for the area. **Ready to advance your career at Motiva?** Motiva is the right place for your talent, where you can choose the path you wish to follow alongside a company that promotes improvement in people's quality of life through mobility. **We commit to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all people regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equal opportunity.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Support and manage a team; Ensure performance management of suppliers in the area; Evaluate SLAs and KPIs; Conduct follow-up meetings and action and development plans; Coordinate governance and customer relationships; Ensure application of negotiated discounts in contracts with ticket, accommodation, and car rental suppliers; Guarantee monthly delivery of travel data and accurate reporting to involved managers; Implement procurement and contracting strategies relevant to the area in collaboration with Procurement; Monitor and coordinate expense reimbursement workflows with the team responsible for incident handling and end users; interface with the Finance team responsible for the second part of the reimbursement process; Manage travel and mobility supplier orders and contracts, supporting business units in contract amendments, consumption monitoring, and necessary updates in SAP and/or with Procurement; Recommend best practices, new suppliers, and new technologies through prospecting new tools, benchmarking, and tracking emerging trends via participation in external events and benchmarking meetings; Support and coordinate with departments on organizing, negotiating, and executing external corporate events to meet budget, satisfaction level, and outcome expectations; Contribute to new relevant projects and programs such as Novos Horizontes, ANS, Demand Management, Satisfaction Survey, etc.; Support the Facilities team in new area projects through participation in mapping activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Networks, or Information Technology Management; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, and Service Desk. **You Stand Out If You Have:** Power BI. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across Brazil, moving thousands of people daily by providing mobility in an integrated manner that generates positive societal impact.
