We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equal opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for managing engineering projects focused on operational technology for highways; Management of solutions sized and tailored for toll plazas, Free Flow systems (automatic tolling), vehicle weighing stations, HS-WIM systems, and electronic security for buildings; Assist in defining and detailing project scope, aligning expectations with stakeholders; Establish detailed schedules and define strategic milestones to ensure achievement of objectives; Ensure project implementation by applying necessary technical and management knowledge for success; Continuously monitor project progress, controlling physical and financial performance, and ensuring execution according to plan; Manage contracts, ensuring deliverables are completed within scope, timeline, and budget; Serve as the point of reference for communication regarding project status, identifying and reporting blockers, risks, and opportunities for improvement; Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, including delays, unforeseen costs, and supplier failures; Update and share status reports with stakeholders, keeping all parties informed about project progress and outcomes; Ensure efficient transition of projects to operations and maintenance teams, promoting continuity in deliveries and post-implementation support. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Data Processing, Computer Science, or Computer Networks; Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); MS Project. **You Stand Out If You Have:** Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management; Intermediate English proficiency; SAP PS Module. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across the country, moving thousands of people daily by providing comprehensive mobility solutions generating positive societal impact.
