WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU You will manage the digital presence of Mané Águas Claras, creating content that reflects the atmosphere of the place: full of life, diversity, and flavor. You’ll be involved in every step—from planning to posting, event coverage to reporting—ensuring our social media channels remain consistently updated, engaging, and closely connected with our audience. RESPONSIBILITIES Define the posting calendar and ensure execution Produce photo and video content (scripting, shooting, and editing) Write strategic texts and captions Adapt content for different platforms and audiences Post at optimal days/times using tools such as mLabs or similar Produce events and generate live content Monitor metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize results Produce reports and adjust strategies Interact with the audience and respond to messages/comments Collaborate with other departments and participate in photoshoots when necessary Stay up-to-date with social media trends REQUIREMENTS Experience managing social media Creative writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content funnels Image and video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.) Organizational skills and analytical mindset (understanding of metrics and KPIs) Familiarity with tools such as Google Drive, Forms, Docs, mLabs or similar Availability to work on-site in Águas Claras, including evenings and weekends as per Mané’s schedule What We Offer CLT salary + commission Transportation allowance + meal voucher 10% discount on Mané products Life insurance Opportunities for professional growth and development.
