Collaborative environment and challenges for professional development We are seeking a Junior Support Analyst to handle scheduling and monitoring of internet link installations, activations, migrations, and changes, serving as the focal point among clients, telecom operators, suppliers, and technical teams. Responsibilities include validating technical information, tracking service orders from initiation to completion, confirming schedules, maintaining system updates, supporting involved teams, and preparing activity reports. **If you possess an analytical mindset, enjoy solving problems, and aim to grow within the infrastructure and networking field, this opportunity is for you.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Schedule internet link installations, activations, migrations, and changes with providers and technical teams. * Act as the focal point between **clients, telecom operators, suppliers, and field teams**. * Confirm technical availability, execution time windows, and site access requirements. * Pre-validate technical information required for installation: * Full address * Local contact * Link type (fiber, radio, dedicated, broadband, etc.) * Contracted speed * Equipment involved * Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in control systems (spreadsheets, internal systems, ITSM, ERP, or management tools). * Monitor service order status from request initiation through completion. * Confirm schedules (D\-1 and D\-0\) with all involved parties. * Record and track rescheduling, cancellations, and technical pending items. * Collaborate with field teams and providers during execution, when necessary.
