Then submit your resume and join our team! \#WeAreTirolez **Responsibilities and Duties** Support and develop products by participating in factory application tests and communicating with suppliers, partners, and factories; Support and develop product and process improvements aimed at cost reduction, in collaboration with responsible personnel from other departments; Update manufacturing process descriptions and composition specifications in coordination with other departments; Plan and execute approval tests for new packaging and ingredient suppliers; Align product specifications for projects you participate in with relevant departments; Evaluate technical documentation provided by suppliers; Conduct product performance evaluations through shelf-life studies and sensory assessments; Perform product cost analyses; Request registration of raw materials, packaging, and products, coordinating with other departments; Conduct market product mapping and analysis; Carry out technical visits to partner plants to broaden knowledge; Attend trade fairs, events, and training sessions to stay updated on technologies—and share acquired knowledge via presentations; Provide support to Production, Quality, and Regulatory teams upon request. Develop and apply technical knowledge under supervision; Document tests and conclusions in reports; Maintain organized activities and documentation within the routine of supervised projects; Propose continuous improvements using company-provided tools; Meet defined schedules; Mentor interns; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge: Experience in R&D—preferably in cheese or dairy products * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree: Food Engineering, Chemistry / Dairy Science, or Chemistry **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office suite / spreadsheet proficiency * **Language:** Basic English / Advanced English is a plus * **Knowledge:** * + Understanding of technological processes involved in dairy product manufacturing + Familiarity with legislation applicable to dairy and food products + Awareness of the Consumer Protection Code **Additional Information** **Since we love people, here are our benefits when you join our team:** * Meal allowance; * We care about your health!
