This is how Localiza&Co connects with the future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and analyze fleet maintenance costs, ensuring financial visibility and control. * Monitor daily Pit Stop operational routines, supporting process and workflow tracking. * Interface directly with operations and partnership teams, as well as the Pit Stop team, ensuring alignment and communication fluency. * Control and analyze vehicle maintenance expenses, identifying variances and improvement opportunities. * Assess discrepancies between forecasted and actual costs, supporting critical analysis and decision-making. * Monitor operational and financial KPIs related to Pit Stop. * Prepare managerial reports with analytical and executive focus. * Prepare and present KPIs and results to involved teams and leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Preferably in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in cost management. * Experience monitoring and analyzing KPIs. * Ability to structure and present information in an executive manner to support strategic decisions. * Intermediate-level Excel and Power BI. * Experience in the automotive sector—preferably related to maintenance—and knowledge of SQL are advantageous. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS FOR YOU** Dress code: Be yourself!
