Work Mode: Remote work Responsibilities: Respond to messages and comments on social media; plan, organize, and execute the editorial calendar for digital channels (social media, website, blog, email marketing, and landing pages); produce low-complexity institutional and promotional content (texts, captions, scripts, graphic design, videos, and emails); develop and monitor briefings with the creative agency; serve as the focal point between internal departments and creative and performance agencies; monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring proper rollout of content and materials; support the organization and distribution of materials for paid media activities; monitor basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, leads, conversion); consolidate simple results reports and support performance analysis; assist with internal communications, events, and special marketing projects; help update marketing tools (CRM, automation, forms, and landing pages); Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
