User account management and support for collaboration tools An agricultural wholesale company is seeking an Information Technology Analyst in Londrina (Igapó). **Responsibilities:** Provide first-level technical support to users (on-site and remotely). Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of: operating systems (Windows), corporate applications, equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals), and Windows Server. Monitor and support network operations, including Wi-Fi and cabling (basic level). Execute preventive and corrective maintenance routines on equipment. Manage user accounts in internal directories (e.g., Active Directory: account creation, password reset, permissions). Support collaboration tools (Office 365, Teams, Outlook). Assist in deploying updates, patches, and security policies. Escalate incidents as needed to Intermediate/Senior levels. Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Support Analyst, Infrastructure Analyst, or Information Security Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
