We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and individuals from diverse generations. #VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for executing service orders related to installation and repair of telephone lines, ADSL services, maintenance of TUPs, and TV services (metallic network and fiber optic), applying technical procedures and operator guidelines specific to the region of operation. Perform aerial telephone line operations through installation and repair of telephone lines, conducting tests, laying and removing cables; Respond to technical service calls from corporate and residential customers by installing and repairing ADSL internet access, repairing subscriber lines and trunks, configuring modems/routers, and restoring basic and advanced microcomputer configurations. Perform TUP services through maintenance and technical testing. Enable cable TV services through antenna installation, configuration, and required testing; Maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, replacement of parts and equipment, and execution of tests and configurations; Perform FTTH installations and repairs; Carry out Micro Repairs in IT, diagnosing issues and correcting them or performing preventive maintenance; Provide user support when necessary; Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education Valid Class B driver’s license.
