Interface with customers and suppliers for excellence Responsible for Facilities activities related to facilities (infrastructure and services), leading initiatives to support the well-being of Tecnogera employees, utilizing both in-house and third-party teams to ensure that machines, equipment, and facilities remain operational and available for use by all internal customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct studies to define the outsourcing model for Facilities categories across Units. Conduct studies to define the outsourcing model for Facilities categories across Units. * Day-to-day management of Facilities responsibilities including general maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, equipment, buildings, and utilities, with direct interface and guidance to contracted service providers. * Implement a management system for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities for the building and general utilities. * Create, define, and analyze KPIs/SLAs for Corporate Facilities to ensure contractual obligations are met by third parties. * Deliver excellent service to people through continuous interactions at all organizational levels, thereby playing a strategic role in interfacing with customers and suppliers. * Manage fixed assets, consumables (disposables, cleaning supplies, convenience items, etc.), and administrative routines.
