Hands-on training in digital marketing and sales **Marketing Internship – Sales Focus** ***Description*** We are seeking an intern to support our marketing and sales team. The role involves assisting with lead generation and conversion, creating strategic content, and supporting digital campaigns to boost sales. ***Responsibilities:*** * Support lead generation and nurturing; * Provide direct support to the sales team; * Paid traffic management via Facebook Ads; * Create content for all social media platforms based on competitor and market research; * Engage with the audience; * Maintain website organization: banners, product distribution, and featured products. * Daily catalog creation: * Select and develop catalogs featuring items to enhance understanding and simplify reseller selection. * Google My Business management: List products and run ads via Google Ads. * Product organization: Take individual photos of each item and group photos. Take a second photo (item worn on body or mannequin). Upload all items to the website with at least two photos each. Identify items lacking photos or website listings, take required photos, and complete listings according to system data. Organize photos into respective folders on the computer storage. * RD Station: Develop email marketing campaigns for pre-defined scenarios, e.g., customer birthdays, tips and techniques. Send email marketing campaigns (approximately every 15 days). Route qualified leads. Update the lead spreadsheet according to RD Station exports (workspace – customer list – RD Station leads). * Lead management and email-based registration: * Respond to registrations received via email, print registration forms, and verify whether leads have been added to the RD Station list. ***Requirements:*** * Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields; * Strong communication skills and interest in sales; * Basic knowledge of social media. ***We Offer:*** * Internship stipend + benefits; * Hands-on training in digital marketing and sales; * Growth opportunities.
