Today, we already have: * **\+1,400 employees** * **650 teachers** * **11,200 students** * **Present in São Paulo, Campinas, and Minas Gerais** **Interested?** Then join us in building the future of education! \#VemPraRede **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver active and responsive service, prioritizing a consultative approach and customer satisfaction; * Make proactive calls focused on **acquiring new students and converting enrollments**; * Meet daily productivity targets, including: * **50 relevant calls per day**; * **Minimum conversion rate of 40% of scheduled visits**; * **Scheduling 5 to 10 visits per day** during enrollment activities; * Present and sell courses and extracurricular products offered by the Network; * Keep **customer registration data, contact history, and interactions** updated in the CRM system; * Respond promptly to customer requests, ensuring agile and high-quality service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in computer systems and software; * Preferred: Experience in telemarketing. * Familiarity with **CRM tools** and **Google Drive** is a plus. **Additional Information** **Benefits Offered:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 38.00 per business day * Food Allowance: R$ 180.00 per month * Transportation Allowance * TotalPass * **Structured Career Plan** and genuine growth opportunities **Additional Information:** * Position is **100% in-person** * **Location: Paulista Avenue** * **Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM; Saturdays under hour-compensation model.** We are a school network that provides scalable access to quality education, enabling people to be captivated by knowledge, to want to learn how to learn, and to develop life skills—thus empowering them to pursue their dreams.
