




Job Summary: Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads; scheduling trial training sessions; guiding leads through event registrations; and keeping the CRM updated. Focus on results and organization in CRM management **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and qualify new leads via phone, WhatsApp, and social media; * Make initial contact with potential customers, understand their needs, and present our solutions; * Schedule trial training sessions at the football academy; * Guide leads toward registration for events; * Maintain the CRM updated with interactions and lead statuses; * Follow up and nurture leads not yet ready to purchase. **Requirements:** * Personal laptop or computer; * Experience in sales, commercial roles, or customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion; * Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus; * Dynamic, organized, and results-oriented profile.
