The assistant will support Specialists and Team Leaders in processes and procedures, assisting operations in delivering performance indicators. Join our team! \#OneAtento! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide operational support across all areas; * Based on assessed analyses/opportunities, propose improvements to resolve issues or enhance processes, and feed back findings to operations and the client; * 100% of new processes are validated and adjusted into operational language. * Define the target to be achieved and establish a Communication and Adherence Plan with team members, coordinated by Team Leaders; * Continuous cycle: after implementing a process, we return to the first step to evaluate the next one. * Evaluate individual performance results, comparing them against established targets, and adjust course jointly with the direct leader. * Conduct process interaction between operations and the contracting client, reducing operational leadership contact with the client and minimizing potential labor impacts or claims for formal employment ties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must be part of Itaú’s N2 customer service level; * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program; * Tenure in current position: as per “Waiting Period Table” NI-002; * Competency rating — equal to or greater than 100 (Good Performer); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Availability to work at the São Bento Unit; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Dynamism and agility; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Commitment; * Organization. **Additional Information** **Applications accepted until 02/02/2026** **Salary** R$ 2\.400,00 **Working Hours** * 09:00 to 18:00 **Work Schedule:** 200 hours/month | Shift pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday off). **Work Location:** R.
