Coordinate among users, partner companies, families, and support networks, ensuring application of Rede Cidadã’s methodologies and tracking of outcomes. Will be responsible for managing selection processes, aligning information with companies regarding job profiles and hiring needs, prospecting market opportunities, monitoring user performance, preparing reports, tracking indicators, and supporting planning and control of territorial activities.
