Coordinate among users, partner companies, families, and support networks, ensuring application of Rede Cidadã’s methodologies and tracking of outcomes. Will be responsible for managing selection processes, aligning information with companies regarding job profiles and hiring needs, prospecting market opportunities, monitoring user performance, preparing reports, tracking indicators, and supporting planning and control of territorial activities. Also responsible for engagement with volunteers and institutional partners. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Minimum Education Level** Completed undergraduate degree ### **Other Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields; * Residence in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. * Intermediate digital fluency (spreadsheets, text editors, and management systems); * Preferred: Familiarity with TOTVS system. * Competencies: Organization, attention to detail, proactivity, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, strong communication skills, active listening, and interpersonal relationship skills. ### **About Rede Cidadã** Rede Cidadã is a non-profit civil society organization committed to social transformation through the integration of life and work as a single value.
