Multi-channel customer service and document organization **JOB OPENING: ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST – REAL ESTATE SECTOR** **Fabiano Imóveis** has an open opportunity for an **Administrative Analyst**, **exclusively for professionals with experience in the real estate sector**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issuing bills (preferred: experience with the **Fantastiko** platform); * Analyzing customer registration forms; * Supporting **surety insurance** and **fire insurance** processes; * Assisting in issuing tax and utility payment slips (**IPTU, condominium fees, Copasa, and Cemig**); * Providing customer service **in person, online, by phone, WhatsApp, and email**; * Monitoring and managing requests throughout the leasing period; * Archiving and organizing physical and digital documents; * Preparing and updating internal control and organization spreadsheets; * Supporting other administrative department tasks. **Requirements:** * **Proven experience in the real estate sector**; * **Preferably residing in the Pampulha region**; * **Driver’s license Category B (advantageous)**; * Proficiency in technological tools: **Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)**, email, WhatsApp, and social media; * Organized, communicative, and proactive profile. **Job Details:** * Working hours: **Monday to Friday**, with **one Saturday per month**; * Benefits: * Salary: **R$ 2.200,00** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance of **R$ 24.00 per day**. **Work Location: Pampulha Region** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$2.200.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
