Training for technical users and internal teams **[Services] Senior Implementation Analyst | Protheus | Brasília** ===================================================================== TOTVS | Brasília - DF | Hybrid Job Description Role Mission Implement software solutions, ensuring correct configuration, performance, integrity, and security of databases, while providing technical support to customers and internal teams throughout the entire implementation lifecycle and post-go-live phases. Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Implementation & Services, * Work on system implementation projects with a focus on database structuring and configuration, * Participate in technical assessments and data requirement mapping, * Perform data migration, cleansing, and integrity validation, * Support load, performance, and acceptance testing; manage go-live and post-implementation activities, * Train technical users and internal teams, including Database Administrators (DBAs), * Administer relational and non-relational databases, * Monitor performance and tune queries, * Create and maintain backup and restore routines, * Manage security (roles, access controls, encryption, LGPD compliance), * Capacity planning and scalability assessment, * Analyze and resolve critical incidents. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree; * ***Relevant industry experience (aligned with the job’s industry segment)***; * Experience in complex, consultative B2B software and ERP sales; * Familiarity with corporate functional areas and business knowledge: Finance, HR, Accounting, Tax, Inventory, and Backoffice; * Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills; * Organized, proactive, resilient, and results-oriented profile; * High autonomy, discipline, and sense of responsibility to manage portfolio, pipeline, and schedule; * Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid model. Desirable Requirements **IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD:** * Knowledge of TOTVS solutions. * Certifications – Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle DBA, AWS Database Specialty, Azure Database Administrator; experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); experience in regulated environments (LGPD, ISO, SOC); experience in ERP, CRM, or enterprise system implementation projects.
