We strive to provide the best possible work environment for our employees; therefore, we are seeking energetic professionals eager to learn new things and who wish to be part of something greater. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assemble equipment, assemblies, and subassemblies of components for Motor-Generator Sets (MGS), such as control panels, attenuators, protections, and enclosures, among others, following instructions contained in drawings, process sheets, and service orders, ensuring product quality; * Couple the engine with the electric generator, correctly using torque and alignment verification equipment to ensure this assembly stage is performed as accurately as possible; * Prepare devices and/or machines for component and assembly assembly by replacing and adjusting necessary tools. Report difficulties encountered during project execution to your manager and suggest possible equipment modifications to improve efficiency both in assembly and in the operation of each component; * Transport parts, materials, and products from one location to another whenever required, and supply production lines with inputs and raw materials to enable production plan execution; * Keep your workplace, tools, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) clean and organized, adhering to safety and quality procedures that ensure productive efficiency and company certifications; * Perform additional duties beyond those established for the position whenever necessary, per managerial guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of Metrology and Technical Drawing Reading and Interpretation. * Education: Completed high school. * Preferred: Technical course or ongoing studies (Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Electrotechnics). **Additional Information** * Attendance Bonus * Meal Voucher * Transportation Benefit * On-site Meals * Dental Plan * Co-payment Medical Assistance * Wellhub * Life Insurance To achieve our goals, we do not work alone.
