




Job Summary: The BMS Systems Technician is responsible for the validation, configuration, and operation of automation, security, and access control systems, ensuring operational efficiency. Technical troubleshooting and repairs to ensure operation The BMS Systems Technician is responsible for validating installations, configurations, and operation of automation, security, and access control systems, among others. **Your responsibilities here:** * Install and validate automated systems such as HVAC, lighting, security, access control, fire alarm and detection systems; * Integrate automation systems to enable coordinated and efficient operation of various building functions; * Analyze and identify issues in order to perform repairs and component replacements when necessary, resolving technical problems that could compromise operations and newly implemented systems in projects; * Provide solutions based on system manuals and manufacturers’ guidelines to meet customer expectations; * Reduce downtime of installed systems, enhancing operational efficiency. **What we are looking for:** * Completed technical education in Automation, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Completed High School education; * Basic knowledge in: Fire detection and alarm systems, Building automation, Access control systems, CCTV, and Structured cabling.
