We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and individuals from diverse generations. \#VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Learn to provide cable TV services regionally through installation of communication equipment; * Learn to activate cable TV services through installation of antennas, external network splitters in HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coaxial) systems, and required configuration and testing; * Learn to maintain cable TV services through antenna and cabling testing, component and equipment replacement, and execution of tests and configurations; * Learn to perform aerial and underground cable installation tasks, including building installations; cable preparation; fiber splicing; opening and closing of splice enclosures; and installation of terminal boxes—both in aerial and underground networks; * Restore basic and advanced microcomputer configurations; * Configure routers and modems; * Perform other activities of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. Learn and autonomously execute customer home visits to ensure service installation or repair via optical fiber cabling, enabling TV, internet, and telephone services; * Learn and autonomously work in residential homes or buildings; * Learn and autonomously handle optical fiber splice enclosures; * Learn and autonomously configure devices such as modems, routers, and decoders; * Learn and autonomously ensure service quality using measurement equipment; * Learn and autonomously meet performance indicators such as productivity and quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Desirable: 6 months of experience in this role. Driver's License Category B.
