




Job Summary: Generalist Human Resources Supervisor with focus on R&S and management of HR Department routines within a logistics environment. Key Highlights: 1. Proposing and implementing improvements to HR processes and policies **Position**: GENERALIST HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR **Location**: Estrada da Pedreira, 112 - Potuvera, Itapecerica da Serra/SP. **Main Responsibilities:** * Strategically engage with operations, with strong emphasis on Recruitment and Selection, addressing high-volume hiring demands typical of the foodservice transportation and logistics sector; * Lead and supervise end-to-end R&S processes—from aligning candidate profiles with leadership requirements through to employee onboarding—covering operational, administrative, and leadership positions; * Support managers in decision-making, ensuring hiring quality, speed, and alignment with business needs; * Monitor R&S metrics and propose continuous improvements to workflows, attraction strategies, and selection methods; * Supervise HR Department routines, ensuring accurate electronic timekeeping control, overtime bank management, medical certificates, allowances, and work schedule and shift administration; * Ensure proper handling of vacation procedures, hiring, termination, and benefits administration, with strict adherence to labor legislation and logistics operation specifics; * Serve as a point of support for employees and managers regarding labor-related questions, internal policies, and procedures; * Supervise and guide the HR/HR Department team, organizing priorities, ensuring delivery quality, and maintaining alignment with operations; * Propose and implement improvements to HR processes, policies, and metrics, focusing on organization, compliance, and internal climate. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in Generalist HR, with significant involvement in Recruitment and Selection; * Experience managing high-volume hiring in operational environments (logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or services); * Prior experience supervising teams or coordinating HR processes; * Practical knowledge of HR Department routines and labor legislation; * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems (Senior, TOTVS, or similar); * **Availability for 100% on-site work.** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: Starting from R$7.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Commuter allowance Work Location: On-site
