In your day-to-day role, you will: * Manage the entire lifecycle of proposed solutions—from design and development through delivery oversight. * Demonstrate advanced knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ABAP HCM, and development best practices (Clean Core, versioning, testing). * Develop enhancements to standard solutions (BADIs, user-exits), following SAP recommendations and industry best practices. * Develop integrations with legacy systems and benefits providers by creating custom APIs on ECP and services on SAP BTP, prioritizing Clean Core. * Ensure security, scalability, and governance of integrations—including monitoring and troubleshooting. * Support defining technical standards and sustainable architecture for integrations and extensions. *We believe in the power of the talent we cultivate. How about joining the world’s largest professional services organization?* ***Choose Your Impact.*** Requirements **What do you need to apply for this position?** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience as an ABAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP BTP Integration Suite developer. * Extensive knowledge of ABAP HCM (ABAP HR) programming—including infotypes, logical databases, and payroll and time clusters. * Experience with HR-related integrations (REST/OData APIs, SOAP Web Services, OAuth 2.0/SAML authentication). * Hands-on experience in projects involving SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). * Experience with BADIs, user-exits, and extensions on SAP BTP. * Knowledge of SAP practices tailored for cloud scenarios and integration governance. * Familiarity with ABAP Cloud, SAP BTP development using CAP with Node.js, and SAP Fiori/UI5 will be considered a significant advantage.
