Lead the planning, strategy definition, test development, execution, and analysis to ensure proper evaluation of system performance, stability, and capacity. Prepare performance reports and support teams in identifying performance-related improvements and risks. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Work Model:** Hybrid in São Paulo - SP **Assignment Duration:** 9 months with possibility of extension **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect You to Have:** * Experience as a **Performance Engineer**. * Technical knowledge and proven experience in **SAP performance testing**. * Experience conducting **performance testing in SAP S/4HANA**. * Experience leading **performance test planning, strategy, build, execution, and reporting**. * Ability to **coordinate performance testing activities**. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Competitive compensation and benefits package aligned with market standards.
