Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of OHS processes **About the Opportunity** We are seeking an **Occupational Health and Safety Technician** to work from headquarters, focusing on **standardizing and strengthening Occupational Health and Safety practices** in motorcycle maintenance workshops. This professional will be responsible for ensuring that operational processes are executed in accordance with safety standards, promoting **accident prevention, risk control, and legal compliance**. Their mission will be to **structure, implement, and disseminate OHS procedures**, through training, technical guidance, and unit follow-up, ensuring correct implementation of standards across operations. ️ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the technical reference for Occupational Health and Safety for motorcycle maintenance workshops. * Conduct technical inspections at units, identifying physical, mechanical, chemical, and ergonomic hazards. * Support the implementation and maintenance of mandatory programs (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, PPE management, and mandatory training). * Plan and conduct operational training and awareness campaigns on safe practices. * Guide employees and leadership on the correct use of PPE, tools, and equipment. * Support the control and organization of OHS documentation (ASOs, PPE records, training logs, and reports). * Record and monitor incidents and accidents, supporting analyses and action plans. * Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure application of OHS standards. * Monitor Occupational Health and Safety indicators (accidents, training, inspections, and non-conformities). * Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of OHS processes in operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Occupational Health and Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR-01, NR-06, NR-07, NR-10, NR-12, and NR-17. * Experience in operational environments (workshops, maintenance, production, or technical operations). * Experience conducting safety inspections, operational training, and OHS document management. * Practical, organized profile with strong communication skills for fieldwork and training delivery. * Ability to work with operational teams in dynamic environments. * Willingness to travel. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in motorcycle maintenance workshops or similar environments. * Experience with machinery, electric tools, and hazardous activities. * Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis. * Knowledge of ergonomics applied to operational environments. * Experience with OHS indicators and controls using Excel or management systems. * Participation in projects related to the implementation or standardization of Occupational Health and Safety.
