This is a unique opportunity for you to experience the dynamism of legal departments, enhance your technical knowledge and behavioral skills, experience diverse organizational cultures, and build valuable professional connections. **Become a secondee!** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support in structuring the Compliance area. * Management of the ethics/reporting channel. * Drafting and reviewing internal policies. * Conducting training sessions. * Liaising with third-party companies responsible for the reporting channel. * Supporting audits, internal controls, and risk management. * Managing a strategic portfolio of litigation and administrative proceedings with external law firms. * Handling matters including: Public Civil Actions, Administrative Impropriety, Public Bidding and Concessions. * Liaising with external law firms. * Providing strategic oversight of legal proceedings. * Case management via legal systems (preferably Legal One or similar). * Experience in contracts will be considered an advantage. * Occasional support in reviewing and structuring contracts. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Law degree and active OAB registration. * Experience in: Strategic Litigation and Compliance. * Experience with: Management of external law firms, major legal arguments, and regulatory litigation—will be considered an advantage. * Managerial, strategic, organized, and autonomous profile. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. * Behavioral Profile: Hands-on professional who enjoys building structures. * Strong communication and articulation skills. * Flexibility to work with a company in a growth phase. * Strategic vision and high professional maturity. **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days in-office) **Contract Duration:** 3 months
