The team focuses on expanding and deepening commercial relationships through a consultative and strategic approach—identifying clients’ financial and operational needs, offering customized solutions, increasing portfolio profitability, and enhancing client retention, thereby supporting the sustainable growth of their businesses. ### **Your responsibilities as a CSixer** * Lead end-to-end management of the corporate client portfolio, defining strategies for growth, profitability, and portfolio expansion; * Structure financial solutions—including structured credit, working capital, receivables discounting, investments, and insurance—tailored to each client’s specific needs; * Identify opportunities to expand the portfolio and propose commercial initiatives that increase revenue and deepen client engagement; * Strengthen relationships with strategic clients by serving as the bank’s primary point of contact and fostering long-term partnerships; * Analyze portfolio financial and performance indicators to guide strategic decisions and actions; * Coordinate with internal bank areas—Credit, Products, Risk, Operations, and Compliance—to enable complex solutions and accelerate processes; * Participate in critical negotiations and strategic decision-making, assessing business risks and opportunities; * Propose improvements to products, services, and processes, contributing to the evolution of the bank’s commercial strategy. ### **Requirements and experience** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Commercial Management, Financial Management, or related fields; * Proven professional experience in commercial roles, preferably within banking or financial services; * Prior professional experience with banking products and solutions for Corporate Clients (PJ), including current accounts, credit—working capital, receivables discounting, financing—payment methods, collections, investments, insurance, and other financial services; * Knowledge of commercial negotiation, client needs analysis, proposal development, and sales cycle management; * Ability to focus on results and targets, performance metrics, and portfolio profitability strategies; * Familiarity with CRM tools, commercial systems, and administrative routines related to client management; * **Certification:** For Junior-level positions, an active and valid **CPA-10** certification is required.
