This principle is reinforced throughout our hiring process and lived daily within the company.*** We know that outstanding results are achieved only with an outstanding team; therefore, we seek talented and passionate individuals who aspire to grow professionally and build a career path with us. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Partner with IT Business Partners and PMO LATAM to map, document, and redesign business processes (AS IS / TO BE), identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency. * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, regardless of initiative complexity (PoC, pilot, or large-scale projects). * Prepare functional specifications and support solution definition in collaboration with technical teams. * Evaluate usage and adoption of implemented solutions, identifying process, system, and behavioral gaps. * Collaborate with solution architects, IT leaders, and vendors to understand impacts of changes on integrated systems and applications. * Develop test plans and test cases based on functional specifications. * Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring accurate delivery of business needs. * Build strong relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts from involved areas. * Support training and provide hypercare assistance to key users. **Essential Qualifications:** * Experience gathering and documenting business requirements. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Capability to influence, drive change, and collaborate effectively. * Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to operate in dynamic environments. * Fluent English. * Must be available to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the South Zone of São Paulo). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Process Mining (Celonis, MS Power Automate, Navigate, or similar tools). * Experience with SAP (as a key\-user). * Knowledge of Lean Thinking or Lean Six Sigma certification.
