Multidisciplinary collaboration for continuous improvement in SSMA. * **Behavioral Assessment:** Conduct systematic workplace observations to identify patterns of safe and at-risk behaviors, as well as environmental variables (e.g., fatigue, distractions, or complacency) contributing to them. * **Data Analysis:** Collect and analyze data on incidents, near-misses, and behavioral observations to identify trends, anticipate risks, and guide strategic decision-making in SSMA. * **Enrich Accident Investigation Processes:** Incorporate psychological methods and theories to better understand how human behavior and interpersonal dynamics influence safety; * **Development and Implementation of Interventions:** Design and implement customized behavioral intervention plans to address specific at-risk behaviors, supporting departments in eliminating or mitigating risks. This may include developing new work procedures or modifying the environment to support departments in eliminating or mitigating risks; * **Training and Capacity Building:** Deliver training sessions and workshops on safe behavior and mental health at work. Develop learning pathways and deliver training to leaders and operational departments, applying andragogical and participatory criteria; * **Promotion of Safety Culture:** Foster a culture where safety and well-being are shared responsibilities across all levels, encouraging open communication, constructive feedback, and employee engagement in safety initiatives. * **Feedback and Reinforcement:** Implement continuous feedback systems to positively reinforce safe behaviors and provide immediate corrective guidance for unsafe practices, thereby consolidating positive habits. * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Collaborate with other SSMA professionals, safety engineers, operations managers, and human resources to integrate behavioral analysis into a holistic management system.
