Atlantis Sistemas e Soluções is a company specialized in software development and technological solutions. Focused on innovation, it offers customized services to meet its clients’ needs. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and ensure the correct execution of repairs on dry and reefer containers according to technical standards and regulations. Validate, review, and adjust estimates, identifying deviations, inspection failures, and unforeseen repairs. Conduct post-repair inspections and, when necessary, record photographic evidence to guarantee quality. Plan and organize workshop workflow, prioritizing units based on demand and optimizing processes. Lead the maintenance and repair team: assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance. Control materials, parts, and reuse, tracking indicators and replenishment needs. Maintain updated records in systems and data collectors, ensuring unit statuses accurately reflect performed activities. Participate in control and management meetings, as well as in selection processes for new team members.
