We seek individuals intelligent enough to understand that we never know everything—we always have more to learn. We are looking for creative and proactive professionals who want to deliver high-quality work in the development field. **Required Qualifications**: * Strong experience writing **user stories** and **acceptance criteria** for mission-critical transactional systems. * Ability to produce functional specifications for integrations: **APIs, events, queues**, states, errors, idempotency. * Experience with clarity artifacts for complex systems: **BPMN/flows, decision tables, data dictionaries, transaction states**. * Proficiency in value- and risk-oriented prioritization: WSJF, cost of delay, dependencies, technical mitigation. * Proven experience (real projects) in **at least 3 of the 5 areas** listed above, with deep expertise in **1 of them**. * Practical understanding of: + **Settlement/fund transfers/reconciliation** and why numbers “break” + **Disputes/chargebacks** and operational impacts + **KYC/AML/fraud** as part of the workflow (not as a “separate department”) * Comfort working in regulated environments: audits, evidence, governance, LGPD/PII (functional level). **Preferred Qualifications**: * Experience with structured product discovery (event storming, story mapping, domain mapping). * Practical knowledge of “product-oriented” observability (which logs/events are needed for auditing and operations). * Direct experience with **acquiring/sub-acquiring**, clearing/settlement, accounting\-operational reconciliation. * Familiarity with “ledger thinking” (posting logic, reversals, adjustments, fees). **We Offer**: * Excellent work environment for skill development; * Friendly and casual environment; * Remote work; * Flexible working hours; * One day off on your birthday. **Want to join this team?** Then send your resume to recrutamento@bravi.com.br and we’ll contact you shortly!
