Support technical training and team development A tax audit firm is seeking a Payroll and eSocial Coordinator in São Paulo (Chácara Santo Antônio). It provides services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing its clients’ operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate operational processes of payroll and social security HR departments. Validate payroll-related social security calculations, reports, and assessments. Ensure compliance of all processes with current labor and social security legislation. Handle ancillary obligations, including eSocial, EFD-Reinf, DCTFWeb, GFIP, and Digital FGTS. Monitor PER/DCOMP Web processes for assessment and offsetting of social security credits. Configure payroll systems and verify accounting and tax bases. Support internal audits and perform tax reconciliations to ensure data integrity. Monitor departmental productivity and performance indicators. Support technical training and team development.
