Motivation to transform public health in Brazil. **We Are All Institute** Founded in 2008, the Syrian\-Lebanese Social Responsibility Institute (IRSSL) was established to strengthen the voluntary social outreach efforts of the Society of Ladies of the Syrian\-Lebanese Hospital in Brazil’s public health system, with the mission of bringing administrative and operational excellence—already recognized in the private sector—to municipal and state-level healthcare in Brazil.
