Direct client contact and project management **What You’ll Do Here** * Develop and update mechanical projects for machines, devices, and solutions applied to industrial automation. * Lead the technical team and oversee all project phases—from conception through final delivery. * Ensure all projects comply with technical standards and mechanical safety requirements. * Maintain direct client contact for needs assessment, technical alignment, and project progress tracking. * Define schedules, control costs, and ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Assist in defining and selecting appropriate mechanical materials and components for each application. * Supervise assembly, testing, adjustments, and commissioning activities for developed mechanical systems. * Prepare technical reports, manuals, and all relevant project documentation. **What We Expect From YouEducation** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, with active registration at CREA. **Experience** * Proven experience in developing mechanical projects focused on industrial automation. * Knowledge of special-purpose machines, mechanical devices, and integration with automated systems. **Technical Knowledge** * Proficiency in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD. * Strong understanding of technical standards and mechanical safety requirements. **Skills** * Leadership and ability to manage technical teams. * Organization, planning, and systemic process vision. * Clear communication and client negotiation skills. **Competencies** * Proactivity and strong results orientation. * Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and precision. * Attention to detail and high level of technical excellence throughout all project stages.
