Provide technical support to senior and junior mechanics, guiding best practices **Position:** Senior Toyota Forklift Mechanic **Work Location:** Belo Jardim – PE **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Work Model:** On-site Main Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and internal combustion Toyota forklifts according to manufacturer standards. Conduct advanced diagnostics of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic failures using specialized tools and software. Identify and resolve complex failures, ensuring high equipment availability. Perform adjustments, calibrations, operational tests, and technical validation after repairs. Replace and repair components such as engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, brakes, steering systems, batteries, and chargers. Interpret technical manuals, electrical and hydraulic diagrams, technical bulletins, and Toyota maintenance plans. Record performed services, maintenance history, and technical reports in accordance with internal procedures. Provide technical support to senior and junior mechanics, guiding best practices and maintenance standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR-11, NR-12) and operational procedures during interventions. Collaborate with operations to reduce downtime and extend equipment service life. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Forklift Mechanic, preferably with Toyota forklifts. Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with electric and internal combustion forklifts. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams. Availability for on-site work. Residence in Belo Jardim, Caruaru, Garanhuns, or nearby cities. Advantages Toyota technical certifications. Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
