Requirements: The **Customer Service | Pension** area is responsible for administering the liabilities of Closed Complementary Pension Entities*,* and seeks a **Junior Operations Consultant** to join our team at Brazil’s largest software development and financial-market product company—where we believe technological innovation inspires evolution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform full operationalization of pension plans: receive, track, and validate information and documentation submitted by clients, ensuring maintenance and updating of data in systems and spreadsheets used for plan administration; process and verify information related to account, benefits, and loan administration; * Legal Obligations: Prepare, generate, and verify reports, files, and information to be submitted to participants, actuaries, the Federal Revenue Service, and PREVIC, in accordance with the client’s contract. **To #match this opportunity, the following mandatory requirements must be met:** * Experience in administrative and operational routines, especially in data analysis, calculations, and payroll; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. **Additional qualifications or experience below would be considered advantageous:** * Knowledge of pension systems. **IMPORTANT:** This opportunity is for on-site work at Evertec Brasil’s São Paulo/SP office (Consolação region), under a hybrid work model.
