Initiatives supporting your growth: Performance and Development Cycle, Idea Programs, Well-being, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate industrial bioreactor systems. * Monitor all production stages in bioreactors to ensure process quality, safety, and efficiency. * Verify and weigh raw materials; prepare solutions and culture media for bioreactors. * Formulate, stabilize active ingredients, and fill products. * Perform CIP and SIP procedures on bioreactors and production lines. * Conduct process control analyses, critically analyzing results to support decision-making. * Produce strain banks, activate strains, and prepare inoculum for bioreactors. * Record production data in the SAP system. * Participate in deviation troubleshooting, providing process data and contributing to the action plan. * Notify and coordinate with the Maintenance department when corrective shutdowns are required. **Requirements and Qualifications** Now, we want to know: is this challenge right for you?
