We seek professionals who are committed, detail-oriented, and passionate about safe driving and technical vehicle evaluation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform vehicle durability and reliability tests according to validation plans. * Drive vehicles on urban and highway routes, simulating various usage conditions. * Conduct dynamic and functional evaluations of vehicle systems (engine, suspension, brakes, electrical, body, etc.). * Identify, record, and classify failures, noises, vibrations, and other anomalies using appropriate reports and tools. * Collect technical data and drivability impressions to support technical analyses. * Ensure preservation, integrity, and safety of test vehicles. * Comply with traffic regulations, internal procedures, and safety and confidentiality rules. **Desired Experience:** * Prior experience as a professional driver. * Experience in automotive testing is a plus. * Experience in defensive driving and driving under varying traffic conditions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Valid Brazilian driver’s license Category B (or higher) * EAR (Exerce Atividade Remunerada) * Flexible availability (intermittent work model) * Completed high school education **Preferred Qualifications:** * Defensive Driving Course * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics * Familiarity with completing technical reports **Additional Information** **Employment Model:** Intermittent (under CLT regulations) The professional is called upon based on operational demand and is paid only for hours effectively worked, with all statutory rights guaranteed (pro-rated vacation + 1/3 bonus, pro-rated 13th salary, FGTS, and INSS). **Work Location:** São Bernardo do Campo – SP **Hourly Rate:** To be determined **Mobility Allowance** **Meal Voucher** **Health and Dental Plan:** Nationwide Unimed – 40% covered by the company (optional) **Life Insurance** **Gympass:** Coverage extends to up to 3 dependents **ModiQuo:** Online medical consultations **OnHappy:** Discounts on flights, accommodations, and resorts At Global Group, engineering is about people and impact.
