We care for our employees so that this care reflects in the population we serve. **Objective:** Guide and disseminate a development culture among team members by leveraging acquired technical knowledge, programming languages, and tools available in the field, aiming to optimize costs and propose new infrastructure solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** Maintenance — Maintain and ensure functionality and stability of services and environments, resolve issues, analyze logs, propose improvements, and apply patches to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities; Changes — Execute changes in the company’s critical system environments—whether private or public cloud—to update the technological environment and meet new business demands; Technologies — Maintain and support multi-cloud environments, CI/CD platforms, Middleware, Office 365, Kubernetes, Operating Systems, and public or private cloud—ensuring service and environment availability and integrity. **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields; 7–10 years of experience with Windows Servers, large-scale environments, Cloud environments, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Rundeck, and SRE or DevOps teams; Agile methodologies (Design Thinking, Kanban, Scrum Framework, Design Sprint) are a plus. Specific knowledge: AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure Administrator, VMware virtualization, and Kubernetes. Availability for hybrid work model in Morumbi.
