The company is seeking a Hydraulic Cylinder Designer in Caxias do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Develop new designs and/or modifications thereof, analyzing their feasibility through drawings and/or sketches of the requested cylinder and forwarding them for quotation, ensuring alignment between the order and the final delivery to the customer. Assist in providing technical guidance to the workforce and share relevant information with other departments regarding design projects, registrations, supplier communications, drawing details, and other departmental routines, thereby ensuring process integrity under one’s responsibility. Provide factory support concerning assembly and/or machining process improvements, clarification of drawing-related queries, and other matters, ensuring project quality and development. Propose and negotiate with customers regarding design improvements related to product application, dimensional changes, and other aspects, reinforcing the company’s positive relationship with its customers. Manage and assist in registering raw materials, components, processes, and final products in the Inventor system, ensuring that both physical and electronic files remain up to date. Create and implement continuous improvements in processes and technologies for the company.
