Job Summary: Analyst responsible for technical drawing review, cost estimation, material specification, supplier interaction, and project feasibility analysis in the HVAC sector. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous updating on new technologies and industry-specific software **Main Responsibilities:** Perform technical review of drawings and tender documents to identify project complexity, required materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel), and accessories. Perform thermal load calculations to verify whether the project or solution requested by the client meets actual HVAC requirements. Review commercial team requests to ensure technical documentation is sufficient for accurate pricing. Conduct detailed material takeoff (e.g., duct area in m², insulation, supports, sealants) required for project execution. Calculate component development, including scrap allowance, to ensure raw material costs accurately reflect factory realities. List all components required for fabrication and installation. Directly contact suppliers for quotations on materials and equipment, maintaining an updated price database. Complete detailed spreadsheets consolidating materials, labor (HH), taxes, freight, and delivery timelines. Conduct feasibility analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and technical efficiency. Maintain technical communication with clients to clarify questions and deliver finalized proposals—formatted for negotiation—to the commercial team. Prepare reports for senior management on quotation volume, conversion rates, and market cost fluctuations. Present and justify technical decisions or scope changes to managers and stakeholders, focusing on optimal organizational outcomes. Ensure all quotations comply with applicable legal regulations and current technical standards. Continuously update knowledge and skills regarding new technologies, calculation software, and HVAC industry trends. Mandatory use of personal/digital protective equipment and software as stipulated by company policies. Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. **Requirements:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
