With an **antifragile mindset**, capable of benefiting from the various challenges inherent in this role. **Join the \#TimeNefroClínicas team!** **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Talent acquisition; * Promotion of opportunities, resume screening, scheduling and conducting interviews to assess candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies; * Managing the entire onboarding process, including purchasing benefits for new employees; * Monitoring the integration process and providing support to ensure proper adaptation; * Tracking and reporting on KPIs; * Providing support to business units and their employees; * Monitoring and developing DHO and TD campaigns; * Other duties pertinent to the position. **Do you identify with this profile?
