The professional will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching practice, using appropriate methodologies, pedagogical data, and internal and external assessments to ensure students' academic development. This position requires a completed bachelor’s degree in the relevant field, basic proficiency in digital tools, ability to analyze educational indicators, organizational skills, teamwork capability, and professional responsibility. Working hours will be defined according to class assignments and the unit’s schedule. **Learn more about Rede Decisão** Currently, we already have: * **+1,400 employees** * **650 teachers** * **11,200 students** * **Presence in São Paulo, Campinas, and Minas Gerais.** #VemPraRede **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:** * Planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in accordance with Rede Decisão’s pedagogical proposal. * Ensuring student learning and monitoring academic outcomes. * Developing and administering assessments aligned with institutional guidelines. * Using pedagogical data to continuously improve teaching practice. * Participating in professional development trainings, pedagogical meetings, and institutional activities. * Collaborating effectively with the school team. * Fulfilling routines, deadlines, recordkeeping requirements, and Rede Decisão’s Code of Conduct. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Experience and Knowledge** * Completed bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject area (or equivalent additional coursework). * Prior teaching experience. * Basic knowledge of digital tools and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets). * Proficiency in using educational technologies and digital platforms. * Availability to participate in institutional trainings (Academia Decisão). * Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills. **Preferred Knowledge and Competencies** * Analytical ability to evaluate indicators and monitor outcomes; * Postgraduate degree in the relevant field. * Experience with textbook-based curriculum systems. * Previous experience working in private school networks or institutions. **Additional Information** **Position Conditions** **Remuneration:** **R$ 4,465.51** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance (R$ 180.00/month) * Medical and dental assistance (optional) * Allya: discounts and partnerships across various services, with payroll deductions * Tuition scholarship for dependents: 100% discount on enrollment and monthly tuition fees for regular courses for children or stepchildren (with legal custody) **Professional Development and Career Growth:** * Career path for teachers interested in school leadership positions * Internal programs *Future Coordinators* and *Future Principals*, with annual enrollment periods We are a school network providing scalable access to quality education, enabling individuals to marvel at knowledge, desire to learn how to learn, and develop lifelong skills—empowering them to pursue their dreams.
