Ensure operations and sustainment of toll collection processes **Want to advance your career at Motiva?** Motiva is the right place for your talent, where you can choose the path you wish to follow alongside a company that promotes improved quality of life through mobility.**We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value inclusion of all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate the Highway Technology Operations and Sustainment team, guiding and supporting daily and strategic activities, as well as continuously developing the team, aligning them with business objectives; Develop and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, actively managing their expectations and monitoring satisfaction levels; Develop and strengthen relationships between technology areas and Business Units, understanding specific needs and translating them into operational requirements; Ensure operations and sustainment of the entire toll collection and tariff revenue process, guaranteeing high availability and enterprise security; Receive implementations and ensure continuity of the technology solutions’ lifecycle; Interact with regulatory agencies, the Concession Grantor, and other stakeholders related to contract and business management, supporting the Platform and Internal Customers on various strategic topics and issues; Ensure agreed service levels, as well as continuous improvement of customer experience and appropriate performance of KPIs related to services provided; Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes and ensure adoption of new technologies and field practices that foster innovation and optimization of operations and sustainment; Provide technical support during implementation and maintenance of technology solutions; Manage and ensure execution of the annual Technology budget within the scope under management, as well as optimal management of support and maintenance contracts; Contribute to mitigating corporate risks associated with Information Security and protect all units under Motiva’s management against cyberattacks, unauthorized access, and data leaks, in accordance with Information Security policies and guidelines; Contribute to studies and proposals for new businesses within the Highway scope. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Systems Development, Database, Systems Analysis and Development, Informatics, or Computer Science; Knowledge of budgeting and economic-financial modeling; Knowledge of highways; Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and other technology management methodologies and frameworks. **You stand out if you have:** English (intermediate); Driver’s license type B; Knowledge of revenue management environments and ecosystems, and payment methods; PNL courses. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across the country, moving thousands of people daily by offering comprehensive mobility solutions that generate positive societal impact.
