Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced civil lawyer specializing in property law, real rights, and civil procedure to serve clients, draft legal documents, and manage cases. Key Highlights: 1. Management of judicial and administrative proceedings We seek a lawyer with at least five years of experience in civil law of property and real rights, including possessory matters, ownership, easements, expropriations, demarcation actions, and related matters, registry law, and civil procedure. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Client service * Participation in meetings * Responding to inquiries and requests for legal opinions * Addressing daily requests and instructions via e-mail. * Verifying and updating the internal case management system, preparing monthly managerial reports, and compiling case-related data. * Drafting judicial pleadings and administrative defenses. * Issuing court orders, attending hearings, and delivering oral arguments. * Managing judicial and administrative proceedings, including task allocation among lawyers.
