Come be part of the next level of high performance. **LOCATION:** São Paulo, SP **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Hybrid Model (CLT) **WHAT YOU’LL DO DAILY (Job Description):** * Lead workstreams in end-to-end CFO Advisory and finance transformation projects; * Conduct diagnostics, design, and redesign of financial processes (RTR, PTP, OTC); * Define and implement operational improvements, strengthening process controls and efficiency; * Participate in ERP programs, including initiatives with SAP S/4HANA; * Lead workshops, structure analyses, and interact directly with client stakeholders; * Support project leadership in delivery management and solution development aligned with business needs; **WHAT YOU’LL NEED:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Engineering (Production, Industrial, Civil, or related fields), Information Systems, Information Technology, or related disciplines; * Advanced or fluent English (mandatory) for participation in global or regional projects; * Willingness to travel.
