We provide services aimed at optimizing processes and increasing business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Conduct trend, behavior, market, and consumer research aligned with the brand’s positioning. Research and select raw materials, fabrics, trims, and inputs to ensure product quality, drape, and competitive differentiation. Develop comprehensive technical specifications detailing pattern making, fabrics, finishes, trims, measurements, and required specifications. Oversee pilot piece development with suppliers, ensuring adherence to the initial design. Collaborate with pattern makers, participating in garment fittings, adjustments, and validation of pattern making and finishing. Organize and manage the receipt of pilot pieces and samples, monitoring schedules and deadlines. Research and select optimal trims and technical solutions for garment construction. Organize and maintain accurate product information in the system (dimensions, composition, care instructions, usage, and technical specifications). Monitor the collection development schedule, ensuring timely delivery and milestone completion. Contribute creative and strategic insights to strengthen the brand’s market positioning. Position based in Brasília / DF.
