As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for strategically handling complex credit recovery cases, including: Responsibilities * Contact opposing counsel (by phone and email) to explore negotiation opportunities. * Manage the passive portfolio (compensation claims, contract revision claims, enforcement of judgments), ensuring timely compliance and appropriate actions to protect the interests of the financial institution. * Draft responses, counterclaims, objections, appeals, and other procedural documents for both regular courts and small claims courts. * Update the client’s system with accurate and current case information and developments. * Apply critical analysis, strategic vision, and communication skills to achieve effective results.
